Meine Fotografie entsteht bei Begegnungen mit Tieren in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung – in Europa und in Zentralamerika. 
Mich interessiert die Präsenz des Tiers im Raum. 
Die Fotos sind nachbearbeitet. Dazu gehören Anpassungen von Helligkeit, Kontrast, Farbe und Schärfe.
Ich fotografiere mit der Nikon Z8. Als Objektive kommen meist das Z 800 mm f/6.3 und das Z 400 mm f/4.5 zum Einsatz.

My photography is inspired by encounters with animals in their natural environment – in Europe and Central America. 
I am interested in the animal's presence in the space.
The photos are edited. This includes adjustments to brightness, contrast, colour and sharpness.
I take photos with the Nikon Z8. I mostly use the Z 800 mm f/6.3 and Z 400 mm f/4.5 lenses.
